My favourite communal shower is at Rosebay Camping, it used to be male and female showers but they knocked it through and rebuilt it as just one large shower with several shower heads. As it is a male only nudist site, there really is no need for two separate shower or indeed changing rooms, so you can always find someone to apply the gel and find those awkward places to rub down.
