In many respect this thread has been taken off topic. Which isnt surprising since so few people on this site seem to have a regular experience with real life in person naturism.

You're quite right. Which is why people like you and me are important to this site. We have that experience, and can help dispel many misconceptions that people who aren't nudists/naturists have about us.

RE:Real life naturism/nudism

Beaches that are official such as Haulover are the first places I went to experience it.

I have been to naturist clubs since 2017 that I don't list on this site so I don't get followed by others to them.

I Always follow these four rules at naturist sites:

Rule 0. Never go in a water with earth all over you.

Rule 1.Never focus your attention intensely over long a time-frame.

Rule 2. Never think rude thoughts. Always have respect.

Rule 3. Always wear a towel when sitting down and use the towel to coverup if you need it.

Rule 4. Always avoid saying or doing rude things.

Bonus rule: Always try to never be the wrong type of rude and be mindful of who or what the other person is as a person, or at least avoid being disrespectful. Places like naturist areas are not meant to be to meet people doing rude things or to do rude things with others when people do not like it.

I want to visit a Naturist club near me (I already have found one that I am not mentioning) if it remains open later this year.

Real life nudist culture is usually a lot better experienced outside our bubbles than inside our bubbles. That does not mean everyone is always right or correct, but it can really be helpful to us to go to the Good Naturist Areas. I recommend the ones in Florida that are older establishments that are "Naturism" and not "Nudity," some of the "naturist areas" near Toronto Ontario Canada (Never been).

And Some of the ones in Europe, namely the one called the CHM Montelivet near Aquitaine France. A good public park in Germany once had naturism permitted, the Englischergarten public park near Munich, but I'd have to check, and there always is a risk factor with beaches and public parks even in "the West" or "Europe."

The number of fakes on the site is truly disappointing. We remain members for one reason: we have actually met several couples from one here, to include in the U.S., England and France. They are all "true nudists" and we remain in regular or sporadic contact with all those couples save one (just not enough in common). We are in correspondence with three or four other couples we most probably will meet later this year. Because they log into here, we chat, keep up with each other, introduce each other to other couples we think each would find interesting, etc. We are aanr members and are also on NaturistHub. It is an OK site and the way people are approved for membership and the way you keep your membership means that, yes, most of the singles and couples on the site really are "true nudists." Having said that, however, the site does not have a live chat function and we probably get one or two messages a month. We belong to several groups on there and if there is one post a month in any of them, that is a lot. In other words, disappointing. Oh, for a site that combines the best of both.

We recently moved to Florida and as such left our circle of friends behind. We have met nice people through a local non-landed club and we believe our nude social life is about to take off. Through TN, we met one nice couple and they know another who knows another. You all know how that works. For first meetings, we can either have lunch or drinks or meet at Blind Creek Beach.

This thread has actually renewed a bit of faith in this site as it demonstrates there are members who care, who feel the same way we do about all the fakes you have to sift through, and who think about what the site should be about. That said, we were going to send a message to AndyDi to thank them for their posts...but they have blocked us! How ironic. lol.

You can still thank them in response to a post you liked.

As the OP of the thread I say dont feel back they have blocked me as well. And just a few days ago they were made moderators of the Blacks Beach group that I had joined to be able to learn about the beach and share my experience after I went. However they removed me from that group. Suggests another unfortunate aspect of this site which is some people are must cliquey than the open egalitarian impression they like to give about "true nudists"

Planning on another clothes free rehearsal with fledgling nudie band this week. That is real life naturism. No just pictures take in a shower/bathroom and post online. Anyone have suggestions for a name for our nudie band?
