Certification / Age Verification help

Really struggling with the certification process. Trying to upload the required photo from my phone, it reaches 99% and then returns File Not Found. Anyone any ideas?
Additionally, when trying to upload a picture to my profile I can see a button to verify my age. It does absolutely nothing. How does anyone verify their age.
I have actually paid to subscribe to this site. Wont be renewing. Its just awful, so glitchy.
Apparently I can browse nearby locations Im in the UK and the last time I checked Florida wasnt just a bus ride away.
I struggle to understand how this site has got so many users, my nan could design a better working site and shes been dead 40 years.

And another thing in my original post it looks like I have no idea how to use an apostrophe. I do, it is just that this site seems to strip all apostrophes.

I'd recommend trying Nonshy instead. Many of its members have come from here. None of the problems you mention exist on Nonshy, and any queries are addressed by the site owner very quickly.
