Certification Constantly Denied Regardless of How Clear Photos Are

Anyone else having trouble becoming certified? I don't know how much more clear my photos need to be. I take a photo with the certification details written on paper with my face and torso clearly visible on the highest settings my iPhone 15 can take, I barely block out anything on my ID, and I'm still denied 3 times saying "There was an error with the photo upload". Does anyone know what this means? I don't know what else I can do differently that I'm not already doing.

We are in the same situation. We cannot see anything we are doing wrong , but denied 3 times. Please reply if any help is available. I have friends who are members, who recommended the site, but the frustration is real.

I take a photo ... on the highest settings my iPhone 15 can take...
When you do that, the resolution of the picture is too big
and most likely not meet the picture requirements.
I don't know how much more clear my photos need to be.
It's not the clarity of your picture. It's the resolution.

This has happened before with other members in the past.
Lowering the resolution seems to work for a lot of members of this site.

My suggestion:

1. Take your picture

2. Using your image editing software/app (plenty of freebies out there),
LOWER THE RESOLUTION of the image to 1024px.

For Reference: imgbox.com/EHh58mgT

4. Try submitting your photos in Arizona time between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

An Example: If you're in Chicago and it's 7:00 am and you submit your photos, it's 5:00 am in Arizona.
The admins of this site reside in Arizona. They're probably still in bed.

Good luck

I have used a different method to reduce the data requirement in the past; it has thus far worked. It has the same effect as reducing the resolution, or so it seems. Take a picture from many feet away, not using the zoom and include the scenery around you. After getting the shot (I'd recommend 2 or 3 anyway), upload it and slightly enlarge and crop the photo as needed. This has the same effect as changing the resolution as you're getting less pixels in the desired area. If anyone decides to copy it and further enlarge, it becomes even more grainy and not really suitable for reuse. You can see several examples of these types of photos here on TN. Maybe this will help, good luck.

Hey, try using a different browser. I find Firefox causes issues when navigating the site but it's also this server.

This problem of problem uploading my photo is the same reason I got three times. I finally decided that it was the size of the photo that was not uploading. From comments here that was accurate. So, i go through the certify steps, but the original photo that I first uploaded (obviously the photo that was too big - pixels) will not delete or be replaced with a smaller one. So, how do I get rid of (delete) the original photo to replace it with the smaller one??? . Many thanks for your help.

Let me try this. All the photos have been greater than the size asked. Thanks

This system is ridiculous. I followed all the instructions and was still rejected, with super vague/meaningless feedback on the problem.

The site infrastructure is 18 years old and the staff is more concerned with men exposing their genitals on a nudist site than anything else. It's not worth the effort.
