RE:New Lofty fitness goals with incentives and penalties

Hey MarkI'll be moving up to Post St Lucie next year and I'd love to be able to work out with you again. I do a lot of swimming so will also need to find an all year round heated pool to swim at. I managed to drop to 167 but back up to 175 now prob due to meds I have to take. BTW you're looking good. Keep up the good work.

Sounds good, Obviously my home gym is nothing like working out at CFL. But all are welcome, locals, visitors, gay, straight, Bi, Men and Women
Is it safe to assume that you will be going to Blind Creek Beach?

Do you think any women would be willing to work out nude in a man's home?

Then you may and may not be in the Fort Lauderdale area if I come down in March.
Are you retiring at about the same time?

Perhaps the penalty for 200 lbs should be to attend the WNBR but remain dressed!
That would make more sense since my WNBR trips are planned in advance. That would be a major penalty for sure. Riding in a WNBR clothed among the nude riders would be absolutely torture for me.

UPDATE 11/11/24:
I have the last 2 pieces of equipment being delivered this week. A seated ab/back extension machine and a seated dip {triceps) machine. That will be all I have room for in that room. It turns out that the fitness allowance on my medicare plan will cover most of the cost of it.
I have the reflective window tint that is like a one way mirror from the outside during the day also arriving this week since nobody else wants to work out in the room in full view of the neighbors.
I love the elliptical machine I bought. For $120 off of Craigslist it was a steal.
I am going to line the outer walls near the ceiling with LED tape lighting. That should provide decent lighting for broadcasting my workouts on webcam.
Goal #1- 195 lbs by Nov 15---195.6 on 11/11 I should have no problem meeting that goal especially since I am having major dental work done this morning and probably won't be eating much for the next day or 2

Saw the post was edited. How do you do this since there is no longer an edit button?
How often are you using your home gym?
Will you only use your LED tape lighting when on camera? It might reverse the mirror effect of the reflective tint so that people outside could see in but you couldn't see out.

I think it shows as edited because I added the picture.
I usually use it a little bit every day that I don't work the night before.
If the room is lighter than the outdoors, like at night with the lights on, it renders the reflective qualities ineffective. Therefore people could see in. I don't believe it reverses the effect so I should always be able to see out.
The Abs/ Back extension arrived today so I will probably assemble it in the morning. My oral surgery was postponed until tomorrow. Then I will be living on protein shakes and other liquid food for a few days than soft food for a week or 2.

I saw that you posted earlier today. Did you have the surgery yesterday? If so, how did it go?

November 15 goal---Success!!
(Actually was 194.2 without the phone in my hand) Once I get near my "ideal" weight of 185, I will switch to tracking Body Mass since as I add muscle and continue to lose fat my weight will probably not go down much, or possibly rise since muscle is heavier than fat. I don't plan on putting too much muscle though, just toning what I have.
Did a little painting in the nudie gym before installing the LED strip lighting.
