November 15 goal---Success!!(Actually was 194.2 without the phone in my hand) Once I get near my "ideal" weight of 185, I will switch to tracking Body Mass since as I add muscle and continue to lose fat my weight will probably not go down much, or possibly rise since muscle is heavier than fat. I don't plan on putting too much muscle though, just toning what I have.Did a little painting in the nudie gym before installing the LED strip lighting.
Congratulations! Still curious if you had the oral surgery and how it went and if you have any plans to go somewhere to celebrate your birthday in your birthday suit or just do so at home.
You should TRY nOMAD ( natural ONE MEAL A DAY as 99% of most humans lived prior to 3-meal a day gluttony destroyed most Physiques even children ) as Healthy as Possible, to drop those extra pounds in a jiffy; its much easier than You might think & once You adjust, You will wonder how/WHY You ever ate more than OMAD.
Some suggest We need only work out ( any major muscle group, but ideally the entire physique ) ONE DAY per week so the entire corpus can REST completely since that ( 6 to 7 day ) period is when muscles repair/heal/GROW HUGE; otherwise, We overtrain & risk injuries & work fruitless.
