Is anyone 'official' home? Uploading photos - dear god please someone official respond!
I am a very long-time member. Respect this site a lot. But my goodness why does know one from the company respond. I have sent a polite note to Contact Us. I have asked this question in the Chatroom. And though I get great suggestions in the chatroom - none have worked and none are from TN officials. Please please help. I am trying to upload a non nude pic - in a speedo. No bulge per se no unusual penis outline either. Yet it keeps getting rejected. I have scoured for rule or files size limits or ANYTHING to guide me on conformance. And those I have found I have complied with YET - the photo keeps getting deleted. WHY?
Other person here. You might have to send in-person mail to their business address at the bottom of the desktop web page to contact the T N owners.
The address is:
13026 N Cave Creek Rd
Suite 203
Phoenix, AZ 85022-5199
USA
Hope that helps. So sad nobody working for this website seems to respond here.
Best of luck. So good to see at least some people want to even use this site, but it is sad that the site is not in good shape.
I feel very sad that many users do not have a good experience with this website.
Several in the chatroom said to keep trying to upload the picture. That eventually the photo will stay. They suspect it is a bot that is determining what pics stay or get removed. I have uploaded the pic now 27 times. Each time it disappears at some point overnight. Except this time the pic stayed up for 2 days. I'm like "Whooo whoo!" they fixed it!!!
But then today - it was gone again.
So, upload number 28.
Is anyone at the TN office????? Anyone????
29 times trying
When the page says upload complete, don't quickly close it. Let it sit for a minute or two. I believe there is a background process still working and if you close it too soon, the process aborts and then the next time a backup (or some server side clean up routine) runs, it flags the upload as incomplete and trashes it. Since doing this, I rarely have a photo disappear over night.

Contact TeamTrue2 via a message. I don't know why she ignores the contact page, but a direct message usually gets a response.

I agree with your comment about no one wishing to reply to (2) Tickets which were submitted 9 days ago by me (brand new Lifetime Paid Member) who is just asking questions for assistance with loading G-Rated photos in the MEDIA section of my profile, to have them removed over night for no reason. Each day for a week, I have uploaded the same types (but different) photos to my profile. The following morning I have no public photos. WTF? And my Trouble Tickets still remain "Unread" and without a Response.
There are many glitches in the system that the site runs on that my account for your issue. The lack of response is experienced by many including me not much to do but keep trying.

This is my recommended answer posted up above:
