I enjoy working out and exercising in the buff. It's great! Depending on my workout just need a towel and shoes! Any other workout fans out there???Did martial arts in the nude and trained others..they had a clothing optional choice...but I always did it and instructed in the nude and always barefoot.

I like working out nude as well, no restrictive clothing! I do this at home, wish I could do this at LA Fitness!

Absolutely, especially here in the heat of the South. I've moved all my exercise equipment out of an inside room into the garage. Unfortunately the garage door opens with a view into the street. So I have to limit when I can workout on my equipment in the nude.

Got my Shwinn Aerodyne spinning in the basement this morning, nude of course. Wish I could work out naked with others.

yes working out nude is great! I've built a 3000sq ft. courtyard with 7ft wallsin back of my house just for this purpose. I have to get some more workout equipment but I have enough simple stuff right now to get started. I use my total gym a lot and mostly dumbbells.

We're getting back into it! My wife works out each morning and after working up a sweat, she strips off her sports bra and we do our golf warm up exercises together in the nude! She's trying to get me to do some nude yoga with her. I'll have to give that a try.
