Resort indoor yoga class
I suggested the possibility to the resorts activity director mid summer several years ago. We tried and it was a hit. So several summer now been leading two classes a weekend Memorial Day through Labor Day. At the end of the summer they asked about doing sessions over the winter so I am doing once a month to start.
I suggested the possibility to the resorts activity director mid summer several years ago. We tried and it was a hit. So several summer now been leading two classes a weekend Memorial Day through Labor Day. At the end of the summer they asked about doing sessions over the winter so I am doing once a month to start.
I noted the few Asian naturist resorts do have yoga classes or organise some form of yoga exercise (free and/or chargeable). Which is just great. This is something I'm keen to take up, be it at home, in the studio or at the resorts.
