Got my home gym set up finally
I have done a few workouts and have had some interest from some locals, including a middle aged woman that I met at Blind Creek who said it would be fun to have a nude trainer. I explained to her that I am not a trainer, and she said we could roleplay. I have chatted with her a few times at the beach, so she has seen me nude plenty of times. A few guys have expressed interest but were reluctant when I said there are no window treatments on the front and side windows yet.

Is it the same woman who said that you were overdressed when she saw you in a swim brief in the parking lot?
While you or your guests can't get in legal trouble for being seen nude on your property, do you have any concerns about the neighbors or the HOA?
I have a Black Card membership at Planet Fitness. I will probably still go there a couple times a week for stuff I can't do at home. Plus, I love the hydro massage chairs there.
The woman that may be coming over is different from the couple that teased me after seeing me in my swimsuit at BCB. I am not sure if she is single or married since I don't want some jealous husband tracking me down even though we agreed that there will be nothing sexual involved between us. Just 2 nudists working out in their favorite attire

When do you think you will get window coverings?

I usually do my workouts early in the morning.
I was going to wait to do the window coverings, but since nobody wants to join me in plain sight of the neighbors, I guess I will go ahead and do them.
I have found the perfect solution. I have ordered a window film that acts like a one way mirror. From the outside, in the daytime, it is reflective and unless someone gets right up to it, they can't see in. If they do get right up to the window, they are welcome to watch but have nothing to bitch about. From the inside it is like regular tint. It does not work if it is lighter inside than outside like at night. I am putting LED tape lighting around the inside perimeter of the walls by the ceiling. These lights are dimmable and can be set for 12 different colors so I could put it in a color and dim it, or pot it on white light and brighter for webcam shows realizing that then I will be in full view of anyone walking or driving by.
A big plus with the window film is that it will be cooler, or at least not as blazing hot in there in the summer. That room got up to 120 during the day some days this summer. May be a little too toasty for a workout. Almost like working out in a sauna.

Is it possible to install a window or through the wall air conditioner?
I have a portable roll around A/C unit that I bought several years ago when the A/C in my condo crapped out mid August and had to wait 3 weeks to get it replaced. All I need to do is cut a 6" hole in the wall to run the exhaust hose. But still, anything I can do to cool that room even a little bit will make a big difference. I don't want to have to run that A/C unit for a few hours to do a 30 minute workout. The fact that most of my workouts will be in the very early morning should help.

Are you planning to exercise early enough that there will be few people passing by? You will be seen more clearly if it is dark out and your lights are on inside. I know you can't get in legal trouble for being nude anywhere on your own property in Florida but you could upset to neighbors and the HOA might get involved.

When I first got the basic gym equipment it was during Covid, and I thought that I would go to the gym occasionally for a more complete workout. However, by the time Covid had declined to the point I would have been comfortable to go back to the gym, I was so used to the convenience and comfort of working out nude at home that I never did!
