When it comes to leisure time, I don't like making plans, it takes away your freedom and fun. You book up and pay money for some resort and then you find something much better.
It's ok setting certain times for doing things, but not where you're going. I like to pack a few essentials, including the wife ( if there's enough room )into the car and just head off into the hills.
