Minimalist Bra
Does anyone have a recommendation for a minimalist bro. My wife has this mindset when she leaves the house she has to wear a bra. Most times st home she doesnt wear a bra but she was brainwashed growing up to believe she be wearing one no matter what when she leaves the house.
This mindset never makes sense to me. Especially when wearing 2-3 layers in the winter time. Anyway looking for an alternative to help her get away from the need of bra or a substitute to help her transition to not using one at all. I looked into like tanks with built in bras but those look uncomfortable also.
Any ladies have any ideas?

Ok finally decided to get her a couple sport bralettes with no padding. From what I have read they are very thin, comfortable and just supportive enough to feel like a bra but also thin and light weight enough to feel almost like you have nothing on.

My wife stopped wearing traditional bras decades ago. She wore underwires and they were causing fibroid cyst to development in her breasts. After two surgeries to remove the cysts, her doctor told her to stop wearing bras and either go braless, wear tight fitting tanks or try bralettes. She, too, was raised that she should wear a bra always, until we were marred and she became a nudist and started going braless more often. She still wore bras to work.
I bought her bralettes from Victoria's Secret and subsequently from various shops we'd visit while traveling. It's all she wears, when she wears one. She prefers the unlined or padded cup bralettes.
I watch a YouTube channel named VanWives. They are a Canadian lesbian couple that went from living full time in a van to buying a remote cabin, renovating it and building an off-grid oasis amongst the woods in Nova Scotia. During one of their last videos, one of the young women spoke of not liking to wear bras but when she has to, she wears Skims bralettes. I just bought a couple for my wife, in a couple of sizes. We'll see how they fit and how she likes them. Should be here in about a week. Here's the link if you're interested.
