RE:Guys can't see beyond our boobs

I know that you are going through this AlaskaJoe, and I understand you. At least I think I do. Or more exactly, I am trying.

Of course for us women it is a bit difficult to put ourselves in your shoes. I could tell you that life is far larger than an erection. That we can still enjoy the sight and the touch of a partner. Do you still enjoy to be touched (or touch yourself) or is the lack of an erection a killjoy? Look, I don't have much testosterone myself - yes, women have some, but I doubt I have a lot myself - I have extremely little body hair and I don't have an oversized sex drive (at the least compared to my girlfriends, although I am very sensual and more multiorgasmic than any if them) and I can still enjoy a sensual touch once I'm completely sexually exhausted. There is beauty in human form (well, women's mostly, although I like more sex with men), there is pleasure in receiving a nice tender massage given by someone you love, this beats sex any time. And if I need some quick and fast orgasms (which is honestly the cherry, not the cake) I can just go to Sinsheim so D, if by chance you are reading this, don't worry about your male power...

But I know you guys are different. I once asked D whether he would rather lose his eyesight or his cock/erection and he had a long moment of hesitation. So I asked how about between your cock and an arm. And he went "clearly I'd rather lose an arm". Which is of course crazy from my point of view. But I'm not him so my point of view is tainted with estrogen (and good sense actually).

That being said I doubt you would recognise me. At least, not in pics - I often don't recognise myself. And if I put on a whig and make up differently I doubt even D would recognise me easily. Mods delete all my pics, so I can't make the "is this Flora" test, but I bet you guys wouldn't go beyond par with your answers.

Were we to actually encounter each other at the baths I could imagine you looking right through me, but even though I can be prone to the same, I doubt I'd reciprocate in that circumstance!

And, for the record, I was never the one to think of any of you as bizarre, but several aspects I find endearing... And not just the visual ones.

RE:Guys can't see beyond our boobs

But I know you guys are different.

Flora, I agree. Most of us, myself included, have an innate attraction to breasts that probably began when we were breastfeeding. Although not exclusive, it is a very inclusive part of the package that we males tend to be attracted to, and you ladies often go to extraordinary lengths to present this portion of yourself while dressed. I appreciate the entire body, legs, rear muscles, facial features, hair, smiles, and eyes. Of course, this is only complete with intellect.

I admit I do have a fascination with breasts. In recent years, I have found myself appreciating smaller sizes rather than larger ones, perhaps knowing that gravity has a way of claiming their once-youthful splendor and having its way with them aesthetically and for health reasons.

Joe, I know your circumstances. I had my prostate removed ten years ago due to cancer. There is a DEFINATE change in my chemistry without one. Erections are seldom and very short-lived. Sometimes, its just the simple things, like seeing a perfect pair of breasts or a demure nude, that cause a rise. I am much more sensitive, tearing up at the most minor things.

Agreeing with Flora, one of the things now appreciated is touching and cuddling, which have taken the place of intercourse. I am here to tell you that life is more important than an erection and that there are many ways to explore intimacy and pleasure.

As Flora stated, But I know you guys are different.

Joe and D, I would rather have my arms. Period!

And, Flora, please let us know where the bank robbery will take place; every man here would love to observe such a masked feat!

RE:Guys can't see beyond our boobs

Flora and Rosewood, I hate to lose any body parts, including wisdom teeth (which I did long ago because my dentist said it was necessary). That being said, I did not lose my prostate like Rosewood because the doctor deemed it too risky given my age and the fact that my prostate was chock full of cancer. Maybe he was afraid that removing it entirely was too great risk of spreading cancer cells all throughout my body, so the treatment was 28 days of radiation and 18 months of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). Until recently, Lupron or related drugs were given by periodic injections. Mine is a new procedure using Orgovyx as a daily pill. Either way you are temporarily castrated, but from the pills when you stop taking them you bounce back faster and that is what I am looking for. There are other onerous side effects of ADT which I am trying to mitigate through diet and exercise, but we'll see how successful that is. So the hope of one day recovering my sex life makes temporary suspension of it an acceptable price for living longer. But there are those for whom the ADT is a permanent condition, and the castration is effectively permanent as well. I suppose that physical castration rather than chemical castration with additional side effects is a choice some men have to consider. I'm glad I'm not one of those gentlemen.

That having been said, touch with my wife is still very important though orgasmic sex is not possible at the moment for me and is difficult for her as a result of drugs combatting the return of breast cancer for her. So, you are, we are both handicapped in that regard. We typically hold hands for awhile in bed before going to sleep. A casual touch on the breasts or butt in passing is nice too. One thing we tell each other on the phone or leaving to go somewhere is "I love you." We also tell our daughters and grandchildren that. I know my Mom and Dad loved me, my brothers and sister and each other but they rarely said it. My wife and I resolved to tell each other and our daughters that we love them and they now have that same habit for their kids as well. Hugs all around saying both "Hello"and "Goodby" are standard, but, again, were not for my parents. Touch and saying "I love you" is a bigger deal than most realize.

RE:Guys can't see beyond our boobs

Rosewood, most straight men have a knack for breasts and their preference goes from big to small in time.

First, it is not true (at least statistically) that the love of breasts comes from suckling in infancy. This is Freudian BS, long debunked by science. Men who have never been breastfed have as much love for them and straight women who have been breastfed have a lot less.

We have developed boobs as sexual signaling when we went definitely bipedal. We wanted to attract you guys with something else now that our rear was less exposed. Lady gorillas or chimps didn't need to develop these big lumps of fat and their mammary glands work just as well, thank you, I never heard a baby chimp complaining. It doesn't even make evolutionary sense to store fat there, in big lumps which make our movements clumsier and hinder us from running to escape a predator. Like peacocks' tail, our boobs are as silly as that and their only raison d'etre is to please and attract you.

In youth, you are surrounded by young girls and those who have developed big ones are more attractive because they signal arrival to fecundity (well, sexiness, but that's just a proxy for fecundity). In later years, small breasts become rarer and they signal youthfulness (which, at that age, becomes the best proxy for fecundity). Of course big boobs attract more attention, they are more "in your face", but if you ask 100 middle-aged gents, I think 85-90 of them will say that they prefer smaller, firmer boobs.

In a nudist context, sure D will look at all boobs, but which ones do you think will make him look longer, bigger and older or small and younger? Of course he prefers smaller.

Rosewood, your statement of a ladies' attributes "Of course, this is only complete with intellect." is spot on. I know there are guys that have a disdain for intelligent & sensible ladies but I, personally, could not fathom it. I truly love my most wonderful sweetie & her initial smile and look caught my attention but her brains made me go back for 2nds, 3rds, 4ths, ... and that was 40+ years go. I'm a very lucky guy!! =-)

Love the topic Flora, Joe I wish you well and a speedy recovery. Life is the most precious gift and i hope you enjoy every minute, same goes for the other readers.
Flora, i do have a reasonable ability to recognise people in photos and in the flesh, you'll recall perhaps I was good when it came to the 'who is she' game you played with us.
Whether I'd recognise you in the flesh as Flora or just recognise you as a rare beauty would it matter really?

Richie, I'd like to be admired for my mind as much as - or, starting at this age, more than - for my body. My body has started its decline, I can still cheat quite successfully, I take care of it and I have good genetics but in the end time always wins. And even without taking the declining factor into consideration, you have seen me hundreds of time, you are bored to tears of my nude body, I would hope you are less bored of my blurb, which is less repetitive. The most beautiful girl in the world can only offer what she has and in the end it's not much: some nicer eyes, legs, butt and boobs. But there is no limit to her imagination and if you are lucky enough to have not only the most beautiful but also the most imaginative woman in the world then you should not play any lottery, your luck capital has been exhausted.

Very true Flora, that combination of looks, wit and intellect is rare, and well appreciated.
To set the record straight, I'm not bored with your pics nor blurb, both are worthy of appropriate attention.

I must soundly agree with Richie's opinion; your intellect and looks are a special combination. It is a joy to engage you as we are all able.
