Help with good daily exercise and nutrition plans for health and weightloss?

I'm ready to get back into a regular, daily plan for exercise and nutrition and was wondering what procedures and plans etc others here would recommend for me, and the best times in the day to do them? My goal is to first lose 50lbs, but I still have more to lose after that. I have a treadmill, which I'm able to use barefoot including at higher speeds, and a lot of free weights of various sizes.

I work from home, so I spend almost all of my time naked. The only other thing I think I need to mention is that I find socks and footwear, and wearing devices that some might use for exercise or planning very uncomfortable. I live literally as naked and barefoot as when I was born almost 24/7 and I do everything this way.

There are some decent free no equipment plan you can find on the internet.

The SunnyFit app has lots of good workouts and plans for treadmills and weights that you can also access for free. Some of their workouts are also on YouTube.
