I feel that I am too heavy for a tanga now, I will set some weight or waistline goal for getting the more conservative tanga.
Once I reach it and get one, I will set at new goal for getting "the smallest swimsuit men can wear in places that thongs are not permitted."

Ordered a moderate tanga to wear on SE Florida beaches and when driving to Gunnison and walking to and from the parking lot to the beach.
Once I get comfortable with that, I will try a tanga with the minimal legal cover and perhaps eventually a g string.

Probably should have ordered an adjustable swimsuit like this instead so that as my confidence increases, I can decrease the coverage without buying another swimsuit.

Adjustable tanga arrived recently. Maximum coverage is less than expected. I remembered when I saw it that Skinz uses the same amount of coverage for all size tangas, so if you are heavier like me, more skin is exposed. Was going to post pictures but found out that a member must now be certified to post any pictures and I am not comfortable uploading my driver's license.
Planning on going to Gunnison on Tuesday and trying to get up enough courage to wear it for the drive down and walk from the parking lot to the beach!
not sure if Tanga is a brand as when I googled it thongs, string bikinis and skimpy swimwear popped up, up till I gained to much weight I always wore skimpy swim wear - speedo's , thongs, black nylon swimwear when wet everything is exposed and I guess something close to a Tanga. it's multi color blue with the front and rear that slide on the waist band, it can be a regular speedo or a thong with minimum crotch coverage where it's best to be a smoothie.

Goal is to wear it as a tanga next time and work my way down to micro thong mode by the end of the summer. Since I can't post pictures, here is a link to the suit, The model looks a lot better than do in it anyway.
