So, I find a new profile photo that's nothing but an erection being gripped by a hand. And I go to flag it, and I'm directed to choose a reason. And the choices are:
-User is a fake/spam account
-Harassment/Unsolicited Messages
-Makes inappropriate comments/discussion
-Acting inappropriately in chat room
Not one of them even comes close to fitting.

Exactly - and it just serves to draw more like that to the site.
That's one of the ways the unmoderated Feed is detrimental to this site.
