CHATRTC Access

Hi folks, I was on this site and was a certified member. When I went to start CHATRTC I started getting the below happening:
Javascript loaded.
Scripts loaded.
COULD NOT RETRIEVE TEMPLATES

To try and fix this issue I closed my previous account and have created this new one. I am still getting this message in Chat. I would appreciate if someone can provide information or a solution fix to this issue. Until I have chat access it is not beneficial in completing a full profile again and becoming a certified member.
