CHATRTC Access

Hi folks, I was on this site and was a certified member. When I went to start CHATRTC I started getting the below happening:
Javascript loaded.
Scripts loaded.
COULD NOT RETRIEVE TEMPLATES

To try and fix this issue I closed my previous account and have created this new one. I am still getting this message in Chat. I would appreciate if someone can provide information or a solution fix to this issue. Until I have chat access it is not beneficial in completing a full profile again and becoming a certified member.

Please go to the bottom of the Main Log-in page and click CONTACT US. Create a trouble ticket with as much info as you can and turn it in. Those go right to the top of the food chain within the site. Thanks.

Seems they switched from CHATRTC to Cloudflare and probably why you are having issues . . .

You think those are actually read? Mine still loads CHATRTC, so if they switched, they switched back.

To OP, try clearing your browser cache and make sure you don't have any firewall settings that are causing issues.
