Nude excercise.

Hi, i like to excercise naked aswell, much better and far more comfortable than wearing cloths, i have in the past excercise via zoom with a few others which is interesting to share views, comments, and discuss progress.

I have a gym at home and nearly always exercise nude. I just find it more comfortable than working out clothed.

I have some exercise equipment in the basement that I use 6 days a week on average. I never wear a shirt and rarely wear anything.

I have barbells and dumbbells in my basement. I always use them naked, it's just more comfortable. I also have an Erg in our sunroom. I use that naked unless it's really cold in the middle of winter. The room is unheated
