When Chernobyl melted down the crew trying to contain the damage worked nude. The documentary about it had full nudity . It was accurate too..The guide told us that when I toured the facility in 2019.Were they naked because of the heat?Was there any concern about additional exposure to radiation?

They were nude due to the heat. The HBO series called Chernobyl even shows the miners working nude.
