Who are these strangers?

They have taken over my profile and my TN account.......I have been a member for about 10 years!! I was out on medical problems for a couple of years and came back to resume as I had not closed my profile......Only to find these two persons using my profile and photos. IF my account is closed, when I did not indicate such, then I should have a refund!
