Site Visit 3/31/25

I was in the Bade Pool area from about 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. There were only 4 other guys there when I started, but the crowd grew steadily until there were about 25 around at any given moment.

The steam room was 164 (ugh!) when I got there. Some guys who appeared to be techs came in and made some adjustments, bring it back to a more normal temperature.

The cold plunge was 48 degrees. Nope. Just nope. It got up to 51 by the time I left, but that's still a nope for me. When it hits 60, I will venture in.

While there, two guys were suited. One stayed quite a while, then walked through naked to get a scrub shortly before I left. Another was there just a short time.

As I was leaving, one man was going into the Bade Pool in what was clearly underwear. Black briefs. I hope he was stopped by staff, but I don't know as he was walking into the wet area when I was already dressed and putting my towel into the hamper.

I had planned to stay a little longer, but there were a few guys who were monopolizing the jets and not keeping their hands to themselves. I didn't care to deal with that.

This is a shared facility, guys. Do better.
