This healthy eating is really enjoyable

Why do any think there is a problem with some of us just eating food only from plants? Using a variety of cut up vegetables in meals, especially with sauces specially made all from edible parts of plants, is the bomb. I never really liked any food as much, from before, as what I easily make myself now. Things from animals really take longer to cook than this, which is really just heated up quickly. With using whole food in the healthy way I have through most of the time I have been vegan adding oil is excluded. The oil I need is in the whole food I use, including the nuts, seeds, and olives I use in my food.
