Rules for Pics in Chat Room?

What are the rules for certified folks posting pics in chat room? There are always single guys who post pics of nude women (not couple profiles, but single men profiles), and I'm not sure what sort of consent rules we have here. Are people supposed to be posting pics of people who are clearly not them? I'm not sure what I should be flagging in the chat room. Mods sometimes seem to care, but most often don't care so I'm confused about that rule.
