RE:Catwalking and nudity

Oh that would be a real pity Flora, i know your topics and photographs posted stimulate such a lot of interest with your many followers.

What's causing this change of mind? I hope you reconsider

Would love to read another post, even if it's a final one.

Especially if it's already written up and ready for posting. Publish and be damned! (As the old industry saying goes...)

Sorry Steve, I don't have pre-cooked texts. Or maybe I have, but they have nothing to do with nudism and TN, just some personal comments, politics or other silly blonde stuff. I don't want to make excessive comparisons like Borel's monkey theorem or Borges' Library of Babel but I was sure there are gems here. It's just so darn difficult to find them. Anyway. Water under the bridge.

That being said, I'm glad that one of my topics got to the third TN page. That's rare and an honour reserved to more interesting topics like driving nude or showing erections on the beach.

Sorry, but driving nude or a beach erection pales into insignificance compared to any of your topics

That's the thing. Many of us can share on those topics, whether real or fantasised, but yours explore so many interesting aspects not explored by anyone else, and from a rare female perspective in an online environment with such a strong male bias.

Perhaps if we had a demographic with a stronger European presence:

Flora's topics, perspective, insight and understanding of the naked and erotic world would be very sadly missed by those of us who follow her in this crazy TN virtual universe.. but where else is there to get even a paler version of Flora's world?

RE:Catwalking and nudity

Steve, that article presents a very idealised view of Spain. It is true that there is nudity on prime tv (so is in France of Germany). It is true that children go naked on the beach (which I find normal, so did I, and there is nothing sexual about a nude 2-3 yo; I should launched a topic about the -real or perceived- increase in pedophilia and pedocriminality, but that would be yet another topic with a sexual connotation). It is true that women are free to go topless and there are many nude or CO beaches where people are very tolerant. It is true that I saw a couple of men quickly changing their bottoms while laying on the beach. It is true that when having a massage you are given the option to be nude or to wear a tiny paper thong and there is no complex wrapping technique.

But I didn't see any woman changing their bottoms without a towel on textile beaches. And spas may be nude but they are gender segregated. Most masseuses are women and I don't think that they sexualise me or D (although he likely does sexualise a bit the process). But trust me, guys still do look at a topless or nude woman, especially on CO beaches. Sure, many are tourists (maybe even Americans) but Spanish guys also enjoy some eye candy. And I don't know about nudity (I was too shy 20 years ago) but toplessness has massively declined on all Mediterranean beaches. There are reasons for this, but this would be a long topic.

I have travelled in all of 48 European countries, in most multiple times. I did not go nude in more than a handful, but I believe there are two litmus tests about acceptance of nudity: are spas by default nude and co-ed? Is toplessness accepted on city beaches and in a majority of pools?

I guess Germany would the most tolerant by these criteria, spas are nude and co-ed (and as women seem to believe more in their benefits there is no gender disbalance), you can even go nude on most city beaches (parks around a water point) but not even topless in most (although not all) public pools. Netherlands, a bit of Austria and the German-speaking part of Switzerland would be a distant second. Spain, third. Nordic countries are very tolerant only with same-sex nudity.

But anyway, this is just some blonde blurb, do your research.
