Feels like underwear squeeze my balls all day long. So sleeping naked gives them a breather.Time to start free-balling it.John aka cobeachbum
Don't give up your tighty-whitey's just yet. If you do, your sack will be dragging in the dirt when you get older. LOL Sorry for the mental image.
I fall asleep on the couch nude fairly often, but when I actually go to bed I sleep better with underwear on (nothing more though as I tend to move a lot in my sleep and get all twisted up if I wear a t-shirt or pants to sleep). Doesn't seem to make any difference on the type of underwear though whether it is briefs, boxer briefs, or boxers.
I've mentioned elsewhere that trying to sleep in clothes feels like torture to me like being trapped in some restless purgatory all night. My journey toward sleeping nude started early. I still remember that first perceived forbidden thrill of wriggling out of my pajamas beneath the blankets, feeling the cool sheets against my skin. Years later, I compromised with just underwear, but even that elastic band digging into my waist felt wrong a constant reminder of confinement. I'd watch TV shows where characters would react with scandalized gasps at the mention of sleeping naked, and I'd sit there genuinely puzzled. What exactly was the problem? Now, the greatest pleasure of my mornings is that first stretch upon waking nude skin breathing freely, followed by coffee in my natural state, comfortable in my own body. Sleeping nude is one of the easiest gateways into nudism just slip between your sheets without pajamas and feel that first delicious sensation of cool cotton against bare skin, the absence of twisted fabric or constricting elastic bands, the gentle weight of a blanket directly against your shoulders and legs, allowing your body to breathe and move naturally through the night. Nothing compares to that unencumbered sleep.
I have to disagree with NUDE MONSTER here. I quit wearing undies in my twenties and found that my balls sack grew increasingly tighter and higher as time went on. The human body naturally adapts over time. Much like women and bras. Not wearing a bra causes their muscles to firm up and hold their breasts properly without the crutch. Granted, some men genetically just have super low hangers, but in general.
