Site Visit 07/02/2025

I got to Spa World around 10:45 a.m. and stayed until about 2:45 p.m.

Wednesdays tend to have the fewest people there, and today that was true. While there, the busiest time had about a dozen guys in the bade pool area. Sometimes it was down to just four or five of us. With that, there was little to no waiting to get to the next jet that I wanted and there was always room in the sauna and steam room.

Speaking of which, both of those rooms were just a little cooler than what I have experienced in the past. The sauna was at about 185 and the seam about 112.

In the morning, there was one guy there with a suit. I recognized him from other visits there. Even before suits were allowed, he wore a light wrap around his waist when in the bade pool. Another man came in suited after the lunch hour.

As I was leaving, two guys were suited and checking things out before going into the bade pool area. In visiting with them, I learned that it was their first time there. I recommended they doff the suits as they are not particularly compatible with the jets. They went in with them on but I hope they got wiser as the day went on. As soon as they went in, another guy was going in suited as well. Oh for the days when the space was recognized as a bathing area where suites were not considered appropriate attire.
