Walking mid week

Im looking for a walking in the woods buddy around Mount Shasta CA. Usually the middle of the week is good. Its dull going alone and Im still not sure where all of the safe places are. The weather is still nice; hoping to get some steps in before the temps get too cold to be naked in the trees.
