My favourite walking spot is some woods not far from me, nearly always quiet

I have several, including almost anywhere in the wilderness out my back door and off-trail. That's just because it's nature in its purest, and the chance of running into anyone is almost zero. If you run into anyone, they are not likely to care. My other favorite is a clothing-optional land trust with over 2200 acres and hot springs. You run into clothed people all the time hiking, but if they don't like you being naked, it's their problem, not yours.

Since I only really hike nude after dark, my 'freedom' is not really complete, but I really like the Noosa National Park (with the delightful Alexandria Bay as the destination) or, locally, the trails alongside some local waterways.
