Surgery
When I was born i had a lot of skin and my parents had it removed but not all the way. My head was still covered. My parents got a divorce and my step father was uncut and was happy I was uncut as well. We were not a nudist family but being males used the bathroom at the same time in the morning to save time. When I hit puberty my erection was painful because of the skin. My step father took me to the doctor and the doctor said sometimes stretching the skin would help but would have to be done many times because it would not stretch quickly. I ended up going to the doctors everyday for about 3 weeks. My step father did not want the skin removed. The doctor said he would try his best but he was fighting against the size of my head and the skin. It was a little painful laying there and having the skin manipulated to try to stretch it. But was not meant to be. The doctor said most of it should me cut off. That he could leave some extra at the base of the head. So now am circumcised.
In our opinion phimosis should always be immediately treated with a full circumcision. We have lost count of the number of times that stretching exercises take ages and then often dont work. Circumcision sorts it all out immediately and permanently. Of course, if boys are circumcised at birth (like our 2 sons) then none of these problems would ever happen.
