Nude BNB options in Sydney?

Hey I'm looking for an experience for a friend coming to Sydney that I'm unable to accommodate. He is hoping to find a place near the city where he can use a shared area or private area to get his gear off and feel unrestricted. Open to all options. Hopefully someone might have a suggestion.
