Trouble with certification

Hello! I have tried many times to get certified, including creating a new account, and it gets denied every time. I follow the instructions to the letter, make sure it is very clear and visible, present my ID, etc. I contacted TeamTrue2 about this, but have not gotten any response. Anyone know who to contact about this issue to get assistance? Thank you!

RE:Trouble with certification

This is an on going issue. I have been reading old posts about this. Various people have suggested to just keep trying. Eventually one will get accepted.
So far I have tried 7 times.
Another suggestion is do the upload and then let the page just rest for a while. Things may be going on in the back ground that are not complete. Do the same with each page in the certification process.
I keep trying.

So today a lowered the resolution to the minimum specified in the instructions, 1024 pixels. I got a different error message, but no certification yet. I am still trying.

I tried again. This time I uploaded high resolution photos. The error message is now "Username Unreadable/Poor Quality Picture"

I uploaded the photos to my "Media" page. Both pictures are clearly readable.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Now, the upload area on my ID won't clear so I can't upload any new pics that might qualify. It's frustrating, especially since I've paid for a full-service site.

I got certified after three attempts because I caught something a bit hard to spot, regarding the final size of the image. I don't recall the instructions specifically, but the image you send should be exactly 1024x683 pixels. My image was vertical (I don't know if that matters), but once I corrected the size, I got certified. That may be an issue with yours, or it may not be, but it worked for me. Hope that helps.
