RE:Workout clothes

I would imagine that no bra while working out would feel much better. I feel absolutely constrained if I wear underwear so I can't even imagine.Good on you friend keep it up.Adam

When I was wearing underwear less often, one of the last places I wore it was the gym because I thought I needed some light support.
Once I tried it without, I wished I had started much sooner. The freedom was great.
The only place it was uncomfortable was the upright bike so I used the treadmill or recumbent bike instead.

RE:Workout clothes

Depending on the style of workout a woman engages in, the no-bra look is pretty much a no-go for some activities, with most anything aerobic causing issue due to those pretty titties going their own way and possibly becoming a danger to said parts and the souls to whom they are attached. The old joke about, "You might put an eye out," is in fact dead-on, balls accurate for the well endowed woman. Hey, it's an industry term! This issue may also apply to some gents with their low-swinging swords.

When we have the 5k here at WTR, and this year it's happening on Saturday June 20th, there are at least a couple dozen runners (of the typical 140+ who do it) who take care of their endowment through some form of support for these parts that tend to move on their own accord. I know because they run/walk past our big deck three times! That's one of a very few events during the year that are called 'clothing optional' for just that reason. Strap 'em down or beware the aftermath! And when the race is complete, the CO portion of the day does end.

Pickleball players must beware of these things as well; cornhole stays safer.

Think you might make it here this weekend, Adam? The naked is calling!

RE:Workout clothes the no underwear

Since I have started back at the gym lifting weights its not an activity that I can do without support so I have to be completely dressed but I can see where there are some activities that you can be free of restraints wish there was a nudist gym

RE:Workout clothes the no underwear

At our resort we have volleyball, badminton, tennis, pickleball, basketball and other vigorous activities, games and sports, including aerobic workouts, etc., none of the girls and ladies wear anything!! They are all done in the nude!!

we are nudies..wife is very physical..swims, gyms, aerobics, cycles. has a physique the belies her age (65 and looks 35) she spends a reasonable amount on supportive wear for gym use...apparently it enhances her workouts...i dont mind, the proof is in the pudding. she is the size and weight she was pre children

I agree with you my friend. I wish I would have started the no underwear a lot sooner. I am use to to my stuff being more mobile when I am working out and I have those deep down insecurities that pop up here and there but I fight through it and have gotten much better at knowing the body is good.

RE:Workout clothes

I feel like everyone is different in how much support they need. Sometimes I think there is a place for underwear but I believe most activities could be done naked. I have no problem running without support but like willy said some more endowed folks m/f may need the support to avoid loosing an eye or poking someone elses eye out lol
