I agree with this, I first experienced the missing iframe issue late last week. The browser cache clearing suggestion is sensible, but won't work in this case. There have been numerous website issues on this website that have come and gone over many years, some things don't change.
On that page, there is no code in the iframe to support an upload, so I'm afraid clearing the cache or changing browsers won't help.
The odd thing is the code does appear on another account, so not sure what the issue is. I tried copying the code over and it seemed to work, but the photo never showed in my account. I may fool around with it some more today. This one is not as easy as solving the "edit" and "delete" issue which STILL hasn't been fixed even after telling them what the issue is.

I am having the same exact problems. I did notice that there's a pop up that says , please remove filters. I have not set up any filters. I'm certified and should be able to. It's the reason I got certified, that and the ability to cam.
