Nothing to regret with my vegan choices
I do keep trying new things. There are over a dozen more things that I eat now that I was not eating before I was vegan. Can you try being vegan? And then stick with it a while if you do not hate it? Why not? I can say there is really good food this way. This tofu ricotta is perfect for your vegan lasagna, ravioli, Stuffed shells, and even on your pizza.
