Best way

Products from animal agriculture are not essential for our health, as most of us should know. They are not even better for our health. Having whole foods without the processed stuff put into foods, with the food derived from plants, is the healthiest for us, with more of the variety of foods from plants being better, up to thirty that are different every week. I got field roast sausages. They worked in a meal, and I wanted to make meals a bit different to be special. I would not get them still, otherwise, but the meals I made with them, including on Christmas, were still good that way. But they are processed stuff and I generally want to avoid such. Seitan and jackfruit would be meaty while they are whole foods still. Even then I use those sometimes but not every time. The meals are tasty enough anyway. How I make sauce for them is really important to that.
