Naked Hiking or Jogging.
I love being on the trails, in the woods and nature completely naked. Ive been a runner all my life and would always wonder what it would be like to run naked. A little over a year ago I committed to finally trying a naked 5k and havent stopped running nude since.
I do run on a public trail, while its dark just in case there are others out running. Its exhilarating and fun.
Does anyone else walk/hike/run on a public nature trail nude?
Adam
Maybe not public, but a nudist campground nearby has many trails through the woods. They weave through forest, stone walls, around a lake and up and down granite outcroppings. Many of the trails are covered with a thick carpet of moss and many hike them barefooted as well. I have also been a runner and enjoyed a jog through there as well. Its called Dyer Woods nudist campground in Rhode Island.
I hike and jog completely nude quite often but it is usually on private property such as nude campgrounds etc. However, my goal is to do a naked 5k run sometime soon or a nude hike on the part of the Appalachian Trail that runs through my state. I have heard it is actually legal to hike nude but you have to take certain precautions and use the very remote trails that branch off the main trail(s). One of my goals for the new year !

yeah, so great to be totally nude out in nature. I have done a bunch of naked hiking--although it really depends on the weather here. In November, when it was in the low 50s, I did a nice long nude hike in upstate NY. As long as there's no wind, it's warm enough. When I hike nude in relatively private areas, it's great to leave everything behind and set out with no clothes, no backpack. Risky, but exhilarating, to know that the clothes are a mile away.
I frequently hike nude and have five trails I can safely use if I'm careful when I'm there - sunrise is a good time. Four trails are within 45 minutes drive and I can hike nude the entire 4-5 miles, while the other I can hike from home but only nude for the middle 3-1/4 miles. I carry shorts and have had to pull them on quickly a few times when I saw or heard others approaching but wasn't caught. The hike from home is on dirt farm roads so I'll probably be caught if somebody else is on the trail since there's no cover, so I'm extra cautious about the time on that route. I have a few friends that know I do it, but only one is a fellow nude hiker and we've hiked together a couple times.
