Yes, I agree. I was at the session on Wednesday evening (21.01.26) - my first ever experience of yoga - and Ollie had me at ease in no time.
I would heartily recommend it.

So am I. I spend most of the time trying to work out my left from my right, lol.
I was at my second session on Wednesday (29.01.26) and, once again, I left the session feeling good and a bit proud of myself.
My philosophy now is: get there, take a breath, get the kit off, get ready to bend in ways I never knew were possible.
It works for me.
