where can I buy a (very) short kilt for my daily walks?

I walk most days 2 to 3 miles in the early morning (5-6 AM) I would love to wear a kilt but have yet to find a very short one that is made of proper material for a sweaty job? I found a 14" one on Etsy that was made of wool but that doesn't seem to be the proper material for this application. Anybody have any references preferrable in the US?

I have cotton and wool kilts, but the one I wear just to cover up and my SportsKilt, light cotton, Velcro closure. https://sportkilt.com/product-category/mens-kilts/the-original-sport-kilt/

Years ago they made a really light weight one of ripstop nylon. Similar to this one from Atlanta Kilts.
