Just moved to Camarthen

Hi all I've just moved to Carmarthen from Birmingham.
I've had a look round the interweb and seen a few beaches but I'm not sure I'm brave enough for that (yet anyway)
I used to visit Clover Spa but was mostly a home nudist, I was just wondering what clotting optional things there are to do in the area.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated BTW unfortunately I can no longer accommodate as my very textile father has moved in with me.
