How can this be legal on TN ??
How can single males who are not registered as a couple be allowed paste photos of women naked in the chat?
I believe only couples who are registered should be allowed post images of the persons registered.
Quick solution is to block or ban the posting of images on the site if they are not the registered and VERIFIED user.
How can TN allow this to happen ?

Posting naked or intimate photos of another person without their consent is a serious violation of privacy and data protection laws across Europe, generally classified as a criminal offence, often referred to as "revenge porn" or "image-based sexual abuse". These actions violate the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), national criminal codes, and rights to personality/image.
Legal Frameworks and Consequences in Europe:
GDPR (Data Protection): Under the GDPR, an identifiable photograph is considered personal data. Posting it without consent lacks a lawful basis, as the original, consensual sharing of a photo does not authorize further distribution. Data protection authorities (like the Spanish AEPD) can demand the removal of such content.
Criminal Offences: Many European countries have specific laws punishing the non-consensual sharing of intimate images (NCII).
Spain: Penal Code Article 197.7 punishes the dissemination of images, even if voluntarily taken, if they violate a person's privacy, with sentences of 3 months to 1 year or a fine.
Germany: Section 201a of the Criminal Code punishes the unauthorized creation or distribution of intimate images with up to two years in prison.
Ireland: "Coco's Law" (Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020) criminalizes sharing or threatening to share intimate images without consent, with penalties of up to 7 years in prison.
France: Article 226-8 of the Criminal Code punishes the publishing of an image of a person without their consent with a year of imprisonment and a 15,000 fine.
"Revenge Porn" Specifics: Even if the image was originally taken or sent with consent, sharing it further without consent is illegal.
Deepfakes and AI: The creation and distribution of AI-generated or "nudified" images (deepfakes) are also illegal under emerging laws and existing privacy protections in various jurisdictions.
Victim Rights and Actions:
Removal of Content: Victims can request the deletion of images from platforms.
Legal Action: Victims can file criminal complaints directly with the police.
Civil Lawsuits: Victims can pursue civil action for damages and injunctive relief to prevent further distribution.
If you are a victim of such abuse, it is advised to take screenshots of the content as evidence, contact a lawyer, report it to the platform, and consider reporting it to the police.
