No Customer Support?

Is it normal being ignored by Customer Support and website owners? It's been a week since I filed a Trouble Ticket and nothing is being read. Also I've tried to reach by sending DMs on X, FB, IG, and also text messages to the number. But still nothing is being read nor responded. It's kind of frustrating for me since the issue is payment related.
