Blind Creek Parking Open!
PARKING LOT IS OPENED!
We are pleased to announce that the project passed all inspections this morning, and the parking lot and restrooms are now OPEN!!!
The showers are operational but still need to be privatized. This will be addressed as a separate project between TCN and the County. Stay tuned.
Just saw the email from TCN. Funny that they see the need to privatize the showers. God forbid that someone sees me shower after spending a few hours nude on the beach..
I am still working on a major project, so I don't have time to go to the beach, but I need to run into Ft. Pierce sometime next week so I may stop by there even if only for an hour or so. I have not been nude in the sun since November and am about as pale as I have been in years, so I would have to be careful not to get sunburn.
Good morning and happy Easter. My lady and I went to Blind Creek Beach on Friday. Spent the day from 9 am to 4 pm loving the beach. The facilities are first rate. The county did a great job on the parking lot and restroom facilities. They said the showers are a work in progress. We will be going back there this Sunday, 4/12. We are going to become regulars. The 2 1/2 hour drive each way is worth it.
