Doing just about anything nude is great as long as you don't get arrested.

RE: Nude Yoga?Nude yoga is great! There's a place where they do nude yoga classes in Toronto and I'd love to go, but the times just don't work for me. So I do it at my house instead :)

RE: Nude Yoga?Nude yoga class is so wonderful that you sort of wish that you didn't have to go back to your clothed routine. At home I always do it nude. There are a lot of men's nude yoga classes around the country (usually bigger cities). Mixed gender are less common but they do exist. Never investigated women only nude yoga, since I wouldn't be invited.

RE: Nude Yoga?I've done both clothed yoga at my gym and nude yoga in a studio. Realized that the clothing distracts from my focus. For upside down poses, I need to tuck my shirt in and then for other poses, need to untuck it or it restricts the movement. I much prefer nude yoga. Would be nice if my gym at least allowed men to bare chested, but they don't.

Having only ever tried nude yoga, I couldn't imagine yoga with clothing on. Gotta be way too restrictive w clothes.

RE: Nude Yoga?I tried nude yoga for the first time last year at a resort, having never tried it before at all. I can't imagine doing it with tight yoga wear, it was fairly strenuous as it was, sweaty nude was the only way to go!
