Gentlemen, In the past I have had disagreements with NiM on a few subjects but we both decided to discuss them in a respectful manner. Even when the disagreements were not settled I believe we came away from it with a betterperspectiveof the other's thoughts and a respect for the other's point of view. He has never attempted to censor me in any way nor to deny my right to voice my opinion. Attack NiM and he will respond in like manner. There seem to be some on this site who seem to take great pleasure in baiting him. Respectful discussion on any subject isfrequently highjacked and simply pollutes the forum.
Jack- you are not gay and your first encounter with Nima was not with him telling you that you didn't belong on this site because you were gay.

Substantive discussions invariably attract that obnoxious gaggle of twerps whose only "contributions" involve snotty comments or childish attempts at humor. It's not worth it any more.

No Bruce, it's called moderation. Since this is a privately owned board, they can determine the content. Censorship is when the government gets to decide what is printed or shown. There are plenty political boards where you can rant all you want.

Presumably because he has a desire to have his views visible to everyone on the open forum even though he doesn't want people to comment on them.
Bruce doesn't know what censorship is. He is free to go any board for various topics he is interested in (right wing wing nuts and Satanism boards abound).
I think that if you put it in context, after a lifetime of having his every advance spurned, of being found abhorrent and repulsive, no one wanting to touch or look at him, turning away from his nude form, you can understand where all the anger and bitterness come from. Imagine if the only way that you could satisfy your sexual needs was by paying someone for it. And you rejecting his friend request set that bomb off again.
