Flagging--choice of reasons?

I went to flag a photo recently. I hadn't done it in a while. When I clicked to flag, it gave me a choice of reasons for flagging.
None of them quite fit, and there wasn't a choice for "other."
I was flagging because the photo was stolen from a friend of mine here, and presented as that person's own. The nearest choice (the one I chose) said the photo was stolen from another, copyrighted, website.
