Safeway in Arizona seems to have gone safe way regarding bare skin and pregnancy.
Anyway it is single store's decision and not necessarily sogn of any broader sentiments, except some features about AZ in Daily Mail's article are indeed worrisome.
More worrisome I would consider Facebook's total Anti-Nudity policy where anything hinting to too much bare skin gets removed without warning.
