I think it really helps on your outlook on body acceptance
I'm over 71 and still working out. Walk/run 5 miles, ride stationary bike for 7 miles in 30 minutes, work out on weight machines and swim a mile. I do all these at least 3 times a week and some weeks more. I'm feeling good!
I'm over 71 and still working out 3 to 4 times a week. I walk/run 5 miles in around and hour, ride stationary bike 7 miles in 30 minutes, work out on weight machines and then swim a mile in 45 minutes. I'm feeling great. Keep it up you'll be glad you did.
I turned 60 last December and I'm in great shape. I work out 3 or 4 times a week at home nude. I walk to work and back daily clothed :(. LOL! Some days I average 5 or 6 miles. (All up and down hills in Seattle). I agree that I feel much better after a work out. Sometimes I have to force myself to do it but afterwards I am so pleased with the out come and my attitude.Now if I could just stay away from chocolate and ice crme I'd be all set! ;)
