Approach

There seems to be approaches, like "Hey anyone here in my area", which I think is very bland and poor. Seek and you shall find. This is about contacting communication. who would want to respond to that kind of message?, I certainly would not want to. In most cases the one to have posed the question, wouldn't come face to face with anyone. So, " BIG DEAL "

Agree with you up to a point, but the search facility is quite restrictive and this can be a quick way of connecting!

It is a British expression meaning, unique, or only one of it's kind.

"One off" is also a common phrase in Canada. It's funny how different English-speaking countries can have such different expressions that make complete sense in one country and none at all in another.

It is a British expression meaning, unique, or only one of it's kind. Was that hard to figure out. We use the phrase on the west coast, too. I suppose we use it mostly to refer to theatrical or musical performances that don't tour but are still at the pro level.
