RE: What's it all about?

The grammar & spelling-which has now been corrected-does seem to hint that maybe this isn't for a college thesis. But assuming authenticity, I would recommend making the history of bathing suits a part of your research, and how nudity, swimming, and sunbathing was regarded before the invention of them.I would also consider the psychology of "textiles" as a counterpoint to the psychology of nudists. As a previous post recommends, try a few activities.Sleep nude-you won't be pulling your PJ's out of crevices throughout the night.Have you ever been in a hot tub with a few friends and wonder why it seems like somebody dumped bubble bath into the water? It's the residual detergent from the bathing suits. Try it with everyone nude.... voila]]]no magic bubbles. Much more pleasant. Are you a beach goer? How's the sand feel in those crevices? In the pocket of your bathing suit?Sometimes, nudity is just more sensible. That is, if you are mature enough to get past the correlation to sex and pop-culture "norms" of body image.
"which has now been corrected"

Really? Look again. "you're" is a contraction of "you are" and I see at least one misspelled word.

I would be interested to see what percentage had the urge to go naked since childhood, like myself, compared to those who were introduced to it suddenly later in life like my wife was at age 28 and loved it.

Why not make it into a survey and see what ages people started and if they got naked by themselves first or were introduced by a friend or did it start as skinny dipping?

Maskedw,
If you really want people to cooperate in your thesis, then I believe that you shouldbe a little more open with us. Your profile is virtually a blank sheet. Who are you? What is the purpose of this thesis? The first thing that you should try is to experience the feeling of social nudism for yourself. It may help to become certified. Maybe I don't know the rules for writing a thesis today because it's been quite a while since I did that sort of thing, but it seems to me that posting a questionnaire online would serve your cause better. You could surveymen and womenfrom every age group, religion, nationality, working class, social status, marital status and on and on. You'd get everything from the straight laced prudes to the wildest exhibitionists. IMHO that is what a thesis should show, who feelswhat about what.
I guess what I am saying is that you should do a research study similar to what Masters and Johnson did on sexual attitudes.
I don't know how it is in the UK, but if you were in the US and a great writer, you could get a government grant to do this study. Come to think of it, that's a great idea. Maybe I'll apply for a grant.
